Products that show signs of use or damage caused by customers may not be eligible for return.

4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
